2. Website delivery and security
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Linevast. When you visit, your browser sends technically necessary information to the server. This may include your IP address, access time, requested page, data volume, referring address, browser type and operating system. The data is used to deliver content, maintain stability and identify technical errors or abusive access.
Where the GDPR applies, technical delivery of the website relies on Article 6(1)(f). The legitimate interest is the website's secure and functional operation. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or required by law.
Encryption
This website uses HTTPS with TLS encryption to protect transmission between your browser and the server. Encryption does not prevent every risk on devices or during subsequent processing. Ordinary email also does not provide complete protection for confidential content.
3. Email and appointment enquiries
Appointment enquiries are sent to contact@mcaesthetics.de. Clicking an email link opens your configured email application; it does not send a message automatically. You decide what to send. A prefilled subject may include your preferred location.
When you contact us, we process your sender address, message and voluntarily supplied contact details to handle the enquiry and answer questions. For enquiries relating to a possible contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. Other organisational enquiries may rely on Article 6(1)(f), with the legitimate interest of responding to your request.
Please limit an initial appointment enquiry to necessary organisational details. Send photographs, findings or confidential health information only through a channel agreed with the responsible medical facility. An email enquiry does not replace a medical examination or confirm an appointment.
Enquiries are stored where needed to handle the request, continue communication or meet legal retention duties. Data is deleted when the purpose no longer applies and there is no other legal basis for retention. Use the contact address provided for access or deletion requests.
Guided enquiries, photo assistance and professional applications
The guided enquiry and lip studio prepare your information in your browser. Model images help communicate your wishes; they are not a medical prediction. These functions do not automatically upload entries, selected photos or camera images to our server. The camera is activated only after you choose it and grant permission in the browser. Automatic pose detection processes camera images on your device; the necessary program and model files are loaded from this website.
Your own images remain in the memory of the open page while you use it and are lost when the page is reloaded. You choose separately which images to attach to an enquiry. Creating an email file or opening the share function does not send us a message. Check the recipient, content and attachments in your chosen email or messaging service and confirm sending there yourself. That service’s privacy terms also apply. Agree on a suitable way to transmit confidential health information or photos before sending them.
Selected answers in the professional application cards are saved temporarily in your browser’s session storage so that you can resume the process. The application uses this saved progress for no more than 24 hours. Contact details entered in the final form are not part of this saved set of answers. You can delete the answers using the reset function. An application is also initially prepared as an email or downloadable draft; you confirm sending it yourself in your email program.
4. Cookies, fonts and external services
Public information pages
The public information pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. Google Analytics, remarketing tools and Meta pixels are not embedded. Fonts, images and design elements are loaded from this website's server. No connection to Google Fonts is made to display text. Maps and social networks are offered as external links and are not automatically embedded as third-party content.
External links
Opening a link to Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp or another external service takes you away from this website. That provider may receive technical data and process it under its own privacy terms. If you are signed in, the provider may be able to associate the visit with your account. Consult that service's privacy information before use where needed.
This notice concerns the public information pages. A separate administrative area may use technically necessary login and security functions. Please use that area only if you are authorised.
5. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Right to object
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Complaints and contact
You may complain to a competent data protection authority, particularly where you normally live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place.
