Terms and conditions for customers

These General Terms and Conditions for Customers apply to the relationship between Mc Aesthetics and its customers.

1. Definitions

Non-binding offer: treatments and services presented by specialists that customers can access through the platform. The respective specialists or internationally practising experts are responsible for the content of these non-binding offers.

Binding offer: treatments and services offered by specialists after a consultation that considers the customer's wishes, expectations and available options. The respective specialist is responsible for the content of the binding offer.

Appointment enquiry: requests are sent by email. A request does not constitute a binding appointment confirmation. Further arrangements are made with the responsible provider.

Platform: websites, apps and tools provided by Mc Aesthetics.

Aesthetic treatments also carry risks. A particular result, a pain-free experience or an uncomplicated recovery cannot be guaranteed. Your medical consultation should include an individual explanation of the risks.

Information about specialists and treatments is provided without a guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Binding medical advice can only be given by the relevant specialist in a proper consultation. Contact details, appointments and treatment options are supplied by external providers.

Service: the services Mc Aesthetics offers through the platform include information, forwarding details to relevant experts and specialists, appointment coordination and services intended to make a visit comfortable and personal. They may also include data administration, administrative and marketing activities, and photographs or video recordings where needed. Appointments or treatments owed by a doctor under a medical treatment contract are not part of Mc Aesthetics' services. Medical services are provided independently and under the specialist's own responsibility.

Marketing: Mc Aesthetics' marketing activities include print media, magazines, posters, film and television productions, and digital formats, particularly social media such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google and Pinterest. This also concerns rights associated with the use of photographs and film material.

3. Scope of application

These customer terms and conditions apply only to the service.

Mc Aesthetics is an information platform and is not responsible for offers or contracts between customers and external businesses.

4. Offer

The offers and services published on the platform are presented on behalf of the respective company or specialist, based on the information supplied. Mc Aesthetics does not verify the accuracy or completeness of that information and is not responsible for carrying out a consultation or treatment.

5. Services

Mc Aesthetics provides information and helps people access offers and contact details from external businesses. The website is available as an information platform; this does not promise continuous personal or medical support. Mc Aesthetics itself does not accept payments.

When an in-person or virtual consultation is arranged, the medical contract is with the relevant external provider. Mc Aesthetics offers businesses a platform to present their services and does not operate treatment centres itself. Medical decisions, informed consent and treatment are the responsibility of the treating provider. Their identity, qualifications and terms must be established before any binding agreement. Organisational enquiries can be made by email.

The agreement does not establish a right to medical treatment. The specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery assesses this individually, considering risk, expected benefit and the customer’s or patient’s ability to follow the treatment plan.

6. Mc Aesthetics liability

Mc Aesthetics does not guarantee that specialist and service information supplied by external businesses is up to date or complete. The delivery and terms of medical services must be clarified with the responsible provider.
