If you want fuller-looking lips without injections, distinguish lip care, a visual effect and an actual change in volume. A care product is applied to the surface; filler is injected into tissue. Home remedies are therefore not an equivalent replacement for a clinically planned filler procedure.
Temporary swelling is also not evidence of successful or safe volume enhancement. At Mc Aesthetics, planning focuses on natural-looking lips, their balance with the face and their expressive movement. Exaggerated volume or a lip shape modelled on social media is not a treatment goal.

Only an in-person medical examination can establish which treatment may be suitable. The consultation covers your goals, alternatives, risks and the next steps.
Preparation includes discussing your medical history, medication and previous procedures. The treating clinician, actual treatment location and follow-up arrangements are clarified before any firm agreement is made.
Possibilities and limitations
Hyaluronic acid fillers can temporarily alter contours and volume. Possible side effects include swelling, bruising and infection. Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause serious complications, including tissue damage and visual impairment.
Aftercare and everyday life
Recovery and the return to normal activity depend on the treatment and your individual healing process. Swelling, bruising and discomfort may occur. Your treating doctor will explain aftercare and when you can resume everyday activities and exercise.
Mc Aesthetics provides information and handles organisational enquiries. Medical consultations, informed consent and treatment are the responsibility of the respective medical providers.
Is lip care the same as a hyaluronic acid injection?
No. Topical care and injected filler differ in how they are used and what they do. First establish whether the concern is dry lips, a visual contour effect or a medical procedure. A result from lip care cannot determine an appropriate amount of filler.
What about self-purchased fillers and hyaluron pens?
Do not inject filler yourself. Needle-free devices do not make delivering a product into tissue risk-free. Uncertain product quality, infection and tissue damage are possible concerns. A planned procedure requires a personal discussion of the product, qualifications and management of complications.
How do I arrange an appointment?
Before making a firm agreement, clarify who will treat you, where the treatment will take place, and what preparation and aftercare are required. Mentioning a city on an information page does not confirm that there is a clinic at that location.
