Six-pack surgery has been part of the Mc Aesthetics offering since 2013. Our aesthetic reference is your individual body shape. Treatment may highlight existing contours; it cannot create any desired muscle pattern at will. What matters is a change that fits your anatomy and your own wishes.

Why abdominal contours differ

Tendinous intersections divide the visible sections of the rectus abdominis. Their arrangement varies and is not always symmetrical. Muscle development, subcutaneous fat and skin also differ. Similar training can therefore lead to different visible contours. A photograph of another person is not a blueprint for your body.

Planning natural-looking definition

Assessment includes the front view, side transitions, posture and movement. Discuss whether you want softer abdominal contours or stronger emphasis on existing lines. The extent of treatment follows the findings.

Additional areas such as the chest or flanks are assessed separately and are not automatically necessary. Mc Aesthetics focuses on balanced proportions and your individuality.

01 · Understand anatomy

Contours depend on several layers.

Surgery changes subcutaneous fat. The muscles remain your own.

  1. Skin

Elasticity affects how the contour settles.

  2. Subcutaneous fat

    Liposuction targets this layer.

  3. Abdominal muscles

Anatomy and training shape the existing form.

Simplified layers, not to scale. Deeper fat around the organs is not removed by liposuction.

Wishes, images and realistic expectations

Lighting, muscle tension, camera angle and editing change how an abdomen looks in pictures. Bring examples to help the conversation and explain what you like about them. Surgical contouring does not build muscle strength, guarantee symmetry or replace healthy habits. A visible six-pack is not a measure of health or personal worth.

Before making a decision

Even subtle body contouring is surgery. Pain, swelling, scars, uneven contours and other complications are possible. Suitability, alternatives and recovery time belong in your personal consultation. The complete guide to six-pack surgery explains techniques, limitations, risks and aftercare.
