Eye area with natural pigmentation in light from a window
Illustrative image

Under-eye circles may look blue when blood vessels become more visible through thin skin. This differs from brown pigmentation and shadows cast by a hollow tear trough.

Colour alone does not reliably identify the cause. Assessment therefore considers the skin, underlying tissue and how the change developed; filler is not a general solution for every type of dark circle.

Not a treatment result. Sliders express visual preferences; they do not assess your anatomy or suitability. Your own photos are not altered. Personal consultation and planning

Only an in-person medical examination can establish which treatment may be suitable. The consultation covers your goals, alternatives, risks and the next steps.

Mc Aesthetics values a natural-looking eye area that suits your personal expression. Your own eye shape and facial movement should guide the aesthetic goal, rather than exaggerated shapes or changing social media trends.

Preparation includes discussing your medical history, medication and previous procedures. The treating clinician, actual treatment location and follow-up arrangements are clarified before any firm agreement is made.

Possibilities and limitations

Hyaluronic acid fillers can temporarily alter contours and volume. Possible side effects include swelling, bruising and infection. Accidental injection into a blood vessel can cause serious complications, including tissue damage and visual impairment.

Aftercare and everyday life

Recovery and the return to normal activity depend on the treatment and your individual healing process. Swelling, bruising and discomfort may occur. Your treating doctor will explain aftercare and when you can resume everyday activities and exercise.

Mc Aesthetics provides information and handles organisational enquiries. Medical consultations, informed consent and treatment are the responsibility of the respective medical providers.

Can hyaluronic acid help blue under-eye circles?

Hyaluronic acid may soften a hollow when the anatomy is suitable. Blue discolouration does not automatically mean a loss of volume. Before choosing a procedure, the clinician needs to distinguish skin colour, visible vessels and contour shadows. The colour cannot determine an appropriate injection amount.

When should under-eye circles be medically assessed?

New changes on one side or additional swelling should be assessed by a doctor. Pain, an injury or changes in vision require medical evaluation first. An enquiry about cosmetic treatment does not replace that examination.

How do I arrange an appointment?

Before making a firm agreement, clarify who will treat you, where the treatment will take place, and what preparation and aftercare are required. Mentioning a city on an information page does not confirm that there is a clinic at that location.
