Non-surgical correction of a saddle nose: what are the limits?
Hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty changes the contour by adding volume. In suitable cases, it may visually balance transitions along the nasal bridge or adjust certain proportions. No bone or cartilage is removed. A filler injection therefore cannot be equated with actually reducing or narrowing the nose.
Previously operated or markedly asymmetrical noses also need particularly careful examination. Breathing difficulties or a wish for structural change require a separate surgical or functional assessment. The possibilities, limitations and risks are discussed individually before treatment.

How does non-surgical nose tip correction work?
Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body. Fillers used for injection, however, are manufactured products with their own properties. They can temporarily change certain contours or volume deficits. Natural occurrence in the body does not make an injection risk-free. Selection takes account of the treatment area, the tissue and the manufacturer’s information.
After the consultation and examination, you and the clinician decide whether treatment would be appropriate and when it might take place. You should have enough time for questions and a considered decision. The timing and scope of follow-up appointments are agreed with you before treatment. Your satisfaction is our aim.
