What does hyaluronic acid do for the skin?
Hyaluronic acid binds water and, depending on how it is used, may contribute to skin hydration or a change in volume. A cream or gel works differently from an injected filler. Capsules are not equivalent to an injection either. The specific product, route of use and treatment goal matter; firmer or more radiant skin cannot be promised across the board.
