Buttock shaping without implants

A Brazilian butt lift uses your own fat instead of a buttock implant. Fat is first removed from other areas, changing their contours too. Implant-specific risks are avoided, but replaced by the risks of liposuction and fat transfer, including serious complications such as fat embolism. Some transferred fat may be reabsorbed, and further surgery cannot be ruled out. Small access incisions also leave scars. The balance of benefits and risks must be discussed individually with a doctor beforehand.
